I'm wearing two hats here: as the narrator of my story and as someone setting the tone for the stories that will follow. I believe that even if we're miles apart, stories can bridge that distance. So, here it goes.

Jambo, Hajra here! As HR Officer from Tanzania, I'm usually the one behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. But today, I step into the spotlight to share a bit of my world with you.

Shimbonyi! I am Upendo Machange, Accounts Officer at CSI Energy Group. I come from the Chagga Tribe in Tanzania. Most known as “The People of Kilimanjaro” – the Chagga people originates on the southern slopes of Africa’s highest mountain. Get to know more about me! 

I am Muta Kalangari, Commercial Project Controls Coordinator at CSI Energy Group. I am traditionally Nyambo by tribe. My hometown is Karagwe district in Kagera region – which is neighbouring to Lake Victoria, Bukoba, Uganda and Rwanda. The Kagera River, also known as Akagera River or Alexandra Nile is a sweet spot in my region, carrying water from its most distant source. Incursion into my little world...
